What Is PitchPrint?

Selling personalized products online can be complicated

A customer wants to create a business card, invitation, T-shirt, banner, label, photo product, packaging design, or other custom product. Traditionally, this can mean uploading artwork, sending emails, checking files, making corrections, and going back and forth before the order can even reach production.

PitchPrint removes much of that manual work. It gives your customers an easy-to-use online product designer built directly into your ecommerce store. They can personalize their product themselves and see their changes as they design.

How PitchPrint Works

The entire journey from
product selection to production

PitchPrint connects your storefront, product setup, customer design experience, and production output into one workflow.

  1. 1

    Connect your store

Connect PitchPrint to your ecommerce platform or website. PitchPrint supports popular platforms including Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, OpenCart, PrestaShop, Wix, and custom ecommerce websites.

  2. 2

    Set up your products

Create or assign products and templates in PitchPrint. You control what customers can edit, which templates they can use, what resources are available, and how the product should behave.

  3. 3

    Your customer designs online

Customers open the online design editor directly from your store to add and edit text, upload images, choose templates, change colours, add logos and artwork, use guided forms and AI tools, and preview their product before ordering. No design software is required.

  4. 4

Customers preview and place their order

Customers can see their design as they work on it, helping them feel confident about what they are buying before they check out. For supported products, realistic 3D previews can also help customers visualize the finished product.

  5. 5

    PitchPrint creates the production files

After the order is completed, PitchPrint processes the customer's design and generates the required output, including high-resolution print-ready files, passed along with the order for production and fulfilment.

  6. 6

    You print and ship

Your team receives the information and files needed to produce the customer's personalized product. Less manual artwork handling, less back-and-forth, and a smoother path from online order to production.

Why PitchPrint Exists

We believe buying personalized products online should be as easy as buying any other product.

Customers shouldn't need to understand graphic design, file formats, bleed, resolution, or print specifications just to order a customized product. And print businesses shouldn't have to spend hours fixing artwork, answering the same design questions, or manually preparing every customer order.

That's why we built PitchPrint. Our goal is to connect the customer, ecommerce store, design process, and print production workflow in one simple system.

Built For The Real World Of Print

Print isn't simply about putting an image on a page.

Different products have different requirements: sizes, pages, sides, colours, templates, image quality, customer information, and production specifications. PitchPrint is designed around those real-world requirements.

Whether you're selling business cards, wedding invitations, T-shirts, banners, packaging, photo products, promotional products, phone cases, or other personalized items, PitchPrint gives you the tools to create a guided customization experience for your customers.

From customization to production

What happens after the customer finishes designing

A traditional online personalization tool may stop when the customer saves their design. PitchPrint is built to continue beyond that point, reducing the gap between your ecommerce store and your print workflow for a more automated and predictable process.

Before

Stops when the design is saved

  • Customer saves a design and the file sits there.
  • Teams manually check, resize, and fix artwork.
  • Approvals happen outside checkout.
  • Production waits on missing details.
After

Continues through to production

  • Customer designs, then the order is placed.
  • Design data is processed automatically.
  • Production files are generated.
  • The order moves straight into production.

Our Mission

To make product personalization accessible to everyone.

We want a small print shop to be able to offer the same kind of online customization experience as a large ecommerce business. We want customers to be able to create something personal without needing design skills. And we want print businesses to spend less time fixing artwork and more time growing their business.

What We Believe

The principles behind the platform

  • Simplicity matters

Complex technology should create a simple experience for the people using it.

  • Customers should be in control

People should be able to create products that feel personal to them while still working within the rules of your product and production process.

  • Automation should remove repetitive work

Your team should not have to manually handle the same artwork tasks for every order.

  • Great software starts with listening

We build PitchPrint by listening to print businesses, ecommerce teams, developers, and the customers who use the platform.

  • Print and technology should work together

Technology should support the way print businesses actually operate, not force them to completely change how they work.

We're Building The Future Of Web-To-Print

Personalization is changing ecommerce.

Customers increasingly want products that are made for them, not products that look the same for everyone. At the same time, businesses need faster ways to manage personalized orders at scale. PitchPrint brings these two needs together.

We're continually improving our design editor, integrations, AI tools, product modules, APIs, previews, and production workflows to make online personalization more powerful and easier to use. Our vision is to make web-to-print technology simple enough for everyone and powerful enough for professional print businesses.
