FAQ

Shopify integration questions

Does PitchPrint work with WordPress alone?

No. The WordPress plugin is designed to work with WooCommerce, so WooCommerce must be installed and active before PitchPrint can power product customization.

Where do I install PitchPrint from?

You can install it from WordPress admin by going to Plugins, Add New, and searching for PitchPrint. You can also download it from the WordPress.org plugin directory and upload it manually.

Where do the API and Secret keys come from?

Create or log into your PitchPrint admin account, add your intended domain on the Domains page, and PitchPrint will provide the API and Secret keys used by the WordPress plugin.

Can I test locally?

The PitchPrint docs note that you can still test on localhost, but when creating the domain entry you should provide the intended live domain URL rather than localhost.

Why is the Customize button missing?

Make sure the WooCommerce product has a price, SKU, and assigned PitchPrint design. The docs specifically note that the Customize button will not show if the product has no price.

Where are finished design files downloaded?

After an order is placed, the design download links appear against each product in the order.
