No. You can start the 14-day free trial without a credit card. You only need to add payment details when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
Does PitchPrint take a commission on orders?
Never. PitchPrint charges a flat monthly subscription — no per-order fees, no revenue share, no hidden transaction costs. Every order you process is 100% yours.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the admin dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — you save 15% when you pay annually compared to the monthly rate. The saving is applied automatically when you select the annual billing option at checkout.
Can I book a demo before choosing a plan?

What counts as an "order" for plan limits?
An order is counted each time a customer submits a customised design through the PitchPrint editor. Browsing, previewing, or editing without submission does not count toward your monthly limit.
What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?
We will notify you as you approach your limit. Orders will continue to process — we will never block your store mid-month. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.
