FAQ
Shopify integration questions
What does PitchPrint add to Shopify?
PitchPrint adds browser-based product personalization to Shopify products, so shoppers can customize products such as cards, shirts, mugs, letterheads, and other print items before adding them to cart.
Can I assign more than one design to a product?
Yes. You can assign a single design or assign a design category, which lets shoppers choose from multiple related templates for the same Shopify product.
What are the product options after assigning a design?
PitchPrint lets you choose the display mode, enable customer uploads, and make customization required so the product cannot be added to cart until the shopper submits a design.
Where do I get the production files?
Once a customized order is placed, you can download the generated PitchPrint files from the order context menu in the admin flow.
Do cookie apps affect the editor?
They can. PitchPrint notes that cookie apps may prevent the editor from running until the customer accepts all cookies, so stores should test that flow carefully.
