From app install
to order PDFs
Install PitchPrint from the BigCommerce App Store, create or select a product, assign a design in PitchPrint Admin, and test the customer flow.
- Install
Open the app listing
Go to the PitchPrint listing in the BigCommerce App Store and click Get This App.
- Account
Log in or register
BigCommerce will ask you to log into an existing account or register a new one before installation.
- Install
Install PitchPrint
Click the blue Install button on the PitchPrint installation page to add the app to your store.
- Login
Open PitchPrint Admin
Launch PitchPrint Admin and sign in using the login details sent to your BigCommerce email address.
- Products
Create a product
In BigCommerce admin, open Products and add the product shoppers will customize.
- Assign
Assign a design
In PitchPrint Admin, open Products, hover over the product, and assign an available design.
- Test
Launch the editor
Open the storefront product page and confirm Customize this Design launches PitchPrint.
- Orders
Download PDFs
After checkout, use Orders in PitchPrint Admin to download the PDF files for each BigCommerce order.

Where do I install PitchPrint for BigCommerce?

What happens after installing the app?
The installation flow launches PitchPrint Admin. Use the login details sent to the email address used for BigCommerce.
Do I need to create a new BigCommerce product?
You can create a new product from BigCommerce admin, or use an existing/default product and assign a PitchPrint design to it.
How do I attach a design?
Open PitchPrint Admin, navigate to Products, hover over the product, and assign the design you want customers to customize.
What should customers see on the storefront?
A configured product should show a Customize this Design button that launches the PitchPrint editor.
Where do I download BigCommerce order files?
PitchPrint PDFs are downloaded from the Orders area in PitchPrint Admin after the customer completes checkout.
