Connect your PitchPrint API credentials inside VB Media Admin, assign a design to a product, then confirm the Customize button appears on your storefront.
- Prepare
Set up your PitchPrint account
If you already have a PitchPrint account you can continue with the setup below. Otherwise, create a PitchPrint account and log in to access your API credentials.
- Configure
Open PitchPrint in your VB Media Admin
Log in to your VB Media Admin, go to Settings, scroll down to PRO, then select PitchPrint to open the configuration settings.
- Keys
Add your PitchPrint API credentials
In your PitchPrint Admin, go to Domains and copy your API Key and Secret Key. Return to the PitchPrint configuration in VB Media Admin, enter both keys, then click Save and Update.
- Products
Assign a PitchPrint design to a product
In VB Media Admin, go to Products, edit or create a product, open the Artwork section, and click Select a PitchPrint design. Open the relevant folder, choose a design, then save or update the product.
- Launch
Test the Customize button
Visit the product on your live site and confirm the Customize button appears, letting customers open the PitchPrint editor and personalize the product.

What does PitchPrint add to VB Media?
PitchPrint lets customers personalize products using the online design editor directly on your VB Media store. Once a customer completes their design and places an order, the design files are attached to the order for processing.
Do I need a PitchPrint account before I start?
Yes. If you already have a PitchPrint account you can go straight to configuring VB Media. If not, create a PitchPrint account and log in first so you can access your API credentials.
Where do I find the PitchPrint settings in VB Media?
In your VB Media Admin, go to Settings, scroll down to the PRO section, then select PitchPrint to open the configuration screen.
Where do I get my API Key and Secret Key?
Log in to your PitchPrint Admin account and go to Domains to copy your API Key and Secret Key. Paste both into the PitchPrint configuration fields in VB Media Admin and click Save and Update.
